Peter Evans
Peter Evans is an artist and art teacher. Originally from South Australia, he moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2005 after living and working in London. His personal artworks comprise paintings which are generally abstract and semi-abstract, based upon improvisations and stylisations of the world around him, using shapes and lines. His work is an exploration of colour, texture, form and dramatic use of lines.
Peter was a specialist Art Teacher in primary and secondary schools for over 23 years, before finishing up midway through 2021. He now continues to share his knowledge and skills with others by running a wide range of art classes for adults and children from his studio in Palmview. Peter also shares his art knowledge through his YouTube Channel, Peter Evans Art.
